Coaches,

Wow!  Can you believe it is time to start thinking about spring registration?   There are a few things that I want to make you aware of while you are putting your teams together for fall.  All registrations will be done by you online and you need to pay close attention to the age of players you put on your team.

First, I just want to make you aware of some upcoming events:

  •  June 2, 2010            AGM 7:00 pm @ Washington City Recreation Center.

Online registration training after AGM meeting

  • July 15, 2010            RCL Registration deadline (late fee automatically added on after this date)
  • July 25, 2010            Absolute last day for registration
  • August 18, 2010       Coaches Meeting
  • August 21, 2010       Start of Fall Season

Second, all registrations will be done online.  As a coach you will need to notify me that you will be putting together a team and what age they will be.   I will then create the team and give you the assignment codes for your players.   At that point you can give the player the codes for their parents to go on line and sign up.  It is going to take some planning because everyone needs to be entered into the system by July 15th.  There will be a 10 day late period to finish registering but you will pay a $10.00 late fee per player registered after July 15th.  This late fee is automatically added on and you cannot register unless you pay it.  If you are not registered by July 25th your team will not be on the schedule for the fall season.

It will be your responsibility to check you players birth date and make sure it fits within the date range of your team.  Do not give them an assignment code if they are not the right age.  Also, your team needs to be put together within a two year span.  For example, if you have a U14 team.  It can only have U13 and U14 players, not U12.  When we have a 3 year span of ages it is making it so difficult to bracket the teams.  If a player registers on line and we find they are not of the right age we will not be able to get a refund.  So this is very important that you check birthdates carefully and only give your player assignment codes if they are the correct age.

If we do not have pictures of the player already in the system, the parents or coach will have to upload a picture.  This will also need to be done by July 15.  It is important for you to realize that I cannot activate your team or make your cards until everyone is registered.  It might be a good idea if you email me a list of players, so that I can make sure they are in the system before we print your team cards.  We are going to go over this after the AGM on June 2.  It will be very important that you be in attendance at the AGM.

Registration will open online on June 1, 2010

If any of you have questions or need help please feel free to contact me.  You can email me at susaregistrar@gmail.com or at home at 688-8608.  I have a really crazy summer coming up so email is the best way to reach me.  I will check it several times throughout the day and try and respond to you quickly. Good Luck!

Please keep the fields in good condition! Updated 5/20/2010

ATTENTION ALL COACHES & PARENTS!!!

PLEASE KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AND/OR ANIMALS OFF OF THE TRACKS AND FIELDS!

We try our best to maintain a very high standard in taking care of those fields we use for our games but it is vital for the continued use of those fields to have help from everyone involved with SUSA in showing the same respect for the fields and tracks by keeping it clean and in excellent condition during our use!
