A $10.00 late fee will be charged if you register after this date. Late registrations are accepted only until July 25th!
Because we are accepting online registration only for RCL it makes things a whole lot easier for everyone where paperwork is involved. Still, we feel it is necessary to make available the required forms we have used in the past available for download:
Player Forms
Participant Registration Form - Required for ALL RCL Players (1 per player)
Player Action/Transfer Form - Required to Release, Transfer or Multi-Roster (1 per player)
Player Special Action Form - Required to add Guest Players (1 per player)
"Play-Up" Form - Required if any younger players are playing up into an older age bracket (1 per player)
Team/Coach Forms
Team Registration Form (revised 07/10/09) - Required for ALL RCL Teams (1 per team)
Team Roster Form - Required for ALL RCL Teams (1 per team)
Team Alignment Form - Required for ALL RCL Teams (1 per team)
Coaching Ethics Form - Required for each RCL coach & assistant coach (1 per person)
